  • I am looking for specific product?
    We have clinical managers to help you with specific products. If you have an enquiry, contact us and we can provide you with the best advanced appropriate solution.
  • What is the Manufacturer's Warranty?
    Most of our products come with warranty from the manufacturer. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
  • The purchased product has a fault, what can I do?"
    If your product shows fault, contact our store at the earliest. This will allow us to investigate the problem, provide solution for rectification and warranty status.
  • Before purchase of an equipment can I give it a try?
    Yes, we offer products for Trial and Hire. The "Hire Price List" is available on the website and you can give us a call, email or visit our store if further information is required.
  • How long can I hire an equipment?
    Our store has separate stocks available for hire and purchase. The minimum rental charges are applied on weekly basis. The duration of hire cannot be predetermined and can vary upon situation.
  • What is the expected delivery time?
    Our store has most of the products in stock, however if situation of being out of stock/enquiry to specific products pops up, the ETA will be around 2-3 weeks.
  • Terms of delivery
    We are based in Darwin; upon purchase of item, we can provide you delivery to all parts of Darwin and Palmerston on the same day or within 24hours as requested for delivery
  • Do you repair equipment?
    Yes. We do in store servicing and repair of equipment to the public, hospitals, and aged care facilities. Our qualified technician is trained to provide service and repairs to a wide range of mobility equipment’s also provide mobile assessments.   • Do you repair equipment on site?
    Yes, we do mobile assessment, service and repair for residence, age care facilities and hospitals but factors such as workspace required, potential electric and electronic risk factors, permission from authorities and extend of repair to be done will be considered.
  • How do I get parts?
    Please contact our professional team for guidance if you require repair/replacement of any parts, or new batteries.
  • Do you provide service & Delivery to other parts of NT?
    Yes, we can provide servicing and delivery to Katherine.
